1. Overview
This website is operated by The Feinics Gate INC (“we,” “us,” “our”). By visiting our site, creating an account, or making a purchase, online or in store, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy, and Legal Notice. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission and supervision of a parent or guardian, to make a purchase. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing an order or creating an account.

3. Products and Listings

  • We make every effort to display products, colors, and details accurately. Images are for illustration and may differ slightly from the actual item.
  • Sealed trading card products are sold as manufactured. We do not guarantee specific cards, rarities, or pulls.
  • Product availability, release dates, and prices may change without notice.
  • We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

4. Pricing and Errors
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information because of a typo, system error, or supplier error, we may cancel any orders placed for that product and refund you in full, even after the order has been confirmed.

5. Orders and Quantity Limits
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, or to limit quantities per person, household, account, payment method, or address. This includes orders we believe are placed for resale, by automated software, or through fraud. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund you in full.

6. Payment
By submitting an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. Payment is due in full at checkout unless otherwise stated.

7. Preorders
Preorders are charged at the time of purchase and cannot be cancelled once placed. Release dates are set by manufacturers and distributors and may change; delays are not grounds for cancellation or refund. If we cannot fulfill a preorder because of a short distributor allocation, you will receive a full refund.

8. Order Cancellations
Order cancellations are governed by our Cancellation Policy.

9. Shipping and In-Store Pickup
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. In-store pickup orders and preorders must be collected within 14 days of your ready-for-pickup notice, or they will be forfeited. Please inspect your order at pickup. Claims of missing items cannot be accepted after you leave the store.

10. Returns, Refunds, and Claims
Returns, refunds, and damaged or missing item claims are governed by our Refund Policy. We may decline returns or claims from customers with a pattern of excessive returns, unsupported claims, or abuse of our policies, and we may close the accounts of those customers.

11. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you have a problem with an order, please contact us at thefeinicsgate@gmail.com before disputing a charge with your bank or card issuer, so we can try to resolve it. We will respond to chargebacks with order records, tracking and delivery confirmation, signature confirmation, and these policies. Filing a chargeback for an order that was delivered or picked up as described may result in the suspension of your account and refusal of future orders.

12. Tarot, Rune, and Divination Services
Readings are provided for entertainment, reflection, and personal exploration only. They are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. Readings are non-refundable once delivered.

13. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account login confidential and for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

14. Prohibited Uses
You may not use our site to do any of the following:

  • break any law
  • commit fraud
  • place orders using automated bots or scripts
  • interfere with the site’s security or operation
  • harass our staff or other customers
  • submit false or misleading claims or reviews

15. Reviews and Submitted Content
If you submit reviews, comments, photos, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, display, and reproduce that content in connection with our business. We may remove content that is false, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate.

16. Intellectual Property
All original content on this site, including text, logos, product descriptions, and photographs, belongs to The Feinics Gate INC and may not be copied or used without our written permission. Third-party brands and trademarks belong to their respective owners, as described in our Legal Notice.
