Processing Time
Orders ship within 2 business days (48 hours) of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. Preorders ship within 2 business days of the product’s release date.

Carriers
Orders ship via USPS or FedEx.

Signature Required
Orders over $50 require a signature upon delivery.

Delivered Packages
Once the carrier marks a package as delivered, The Feinics Gate INC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please file those claims directly with the carrier.

Damaged or Missing Items
Report damaged or missing items within 7 days of delivery, with photos, as outlined in our Refund Policy.
