Cancellation policy

Order Cancellations

In-stock orders (shipping): You may cancel an order within 12 hours of purchase, as long as it hasn’t shipped yet. Once an order has shipped, it can’t be cancelled. If eligible, it can be returned under our Refund Policy.

In-store pickup orders: You may cancel a pickup order before you receive your ready-for-pickup notice. After that notice is sent, the order can’t be cancelled and must be collected within 14 days or it will be forfeited.

Preorders: Preorders can’t be cancelled once placed.

How to cancel: Email thefeinicsgate@gmail.com with your order number and “Cancel” in the subject line. Your cancellation is confirmed only when you receive a reply from us.

Approved cancellations are refunded to the original payment method. Your bank may take 5–10 business days to post the refund.

Cancellations by The Feinics Gate INC: We may cancel any order and issue a full refund in these cases:

• Pricing or listing errors
• Inventory errors or insufficient stock
• Suspected fraud or resale
• Orders that exceed posted quantity limits
• Preorders affected by a short distributor allocation
